    Yellow Firefighter Helmet.  Date of manufacture 3-22-2000.  Has chipped areas as seen in pictures.  The helmet ratchet system appears to be in working condittion.  Stickers may be coming off in areas. Condition is used, expired and cannot be used for structural firefighting.   Shipped with UPS
