Expired RARE New Hampshire RED on WHITE License Plate..
I see white paint all over the red letters. I also see a bare spot and a a metal bump between the 5 and 2 .once again I see over spray on all the numbers and red paint on the outer edge. This plate may have scrapes and scratches and stains. Please look at the pictures closely before you purchase. Thanks
